David C. Novak

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Yum! Brands, Inc.

David C. Novak became Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2001, and Chief Executive Officer of Yum! on January 1, 2000. He was also President of Yum! from October 1997 to May 2012. David previously served as Group President and Chief Executive Officer, KFC and Pizza Hut from August 1996 to July 1997, at which time he became acting Vice Chairman of Yum!. He also held senior management positions at Pepsi-Cola Company, including Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Novak shapes the company’s overall strategic direction, including four key growth strategies: 1) build leading brands across China in every significant category; 2) drive aggressive international expansion and build strong brands everywhere; 3) dramatically improve U.S. brand positions, consistency and returns; and 4) drive industry-leading, long-term shareholder and franchisee value. Additionally, he devotes much of his time each year to personally teach leadership skills to the company’s management and franchisees, emphasizing teamwork and a belief in people that rewards and recognizes customer-focused behavior.

Novak is a director of the Yum! Brands Foundation and World Food Program USA. Additionally, he is a member of The Business Council and The American Society for Corporate Executives, while also devoting considerable personal support to the United Nations World Food Programme and Dare to Care Food Bank hunger relief. He is also the recipient of the national 2008 Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship.

Sam Su

Chairman & CEO, Yum! Restaurants China

Jing-Shyh "Sam" Su became Chairman & CEO of Yum! Brands China Division in May 2010, maintaining his position as Vice Chairman of the Board at Yum! Brands. Su had previously served as President of the China Division since 1997. The China Division operates in over 800 cities in mainland China, with over 3,800 KFC quick service restaurants, and more than 660 Pizza Hut casual dining restaurants. The China Division continues to invest behind the development its emerging brands in China – Pizza Hut Home Service, East Dawning and Little Sheep. Yum! introduced pizza delivery to China in 2001 and there are 136 Pizza Hut Home Service units in 15 cities.  East Dawning is Yum!'s quick-service restaurant brand to providing affordable, great-tasting, authentic quick-service Chinese food to Chinese consumers. Today, there are nearly 30 East Dawning stores in China in 8 cities.

Richard T. Carucci

Rick Carucci was appointed President of Yum! Brands in May 2012 after serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Reporting to Rick are the leaders of Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut in the U.S., Yum! Restaurants International (YRI) and Corporate Finance. Before becoming Yum! Brands CFO in 2005, Rick served as CFO and head of development for YRI. He is a 20-year veteran of the restaurant industry and has had general management responsibility for the Company’s businesses in Canada, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Korea, the Middle East, and North Africa. Rick graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University. He received his MBA from the University of California’s Berkley Haas School of Business.

Scott O. Bergren

Scott Bergren was appointed CEO of Pizza Hut U.S. and Yum! Innovation for Yum! Brands, Inc. in early 2011 after serving as President and Chief Concept Officer for Pizza Hut, Inc. since December 2006. Prior to that, he was the Executive VP Marketing for KFC and Yum! Brands in Louisville, Ky. He joined Yum! Brands after a year and a half as Chief Concept Officer of Yum! Restaurants International (YRI) in Dallas. Earlier in his career, Scott built and operated Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants in Mexico and Central America working for Tricon's International Division.

Jonathan D. Blum

Senior Vice President, Chief Public Affairs and Global Nutrition Officer

Jonathan Blum is Senior Vice President, Chief Public Affairs and Global Nutrition Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc. He reports to the Chairman/CEO. He serves on the company’s Compliance Oversight Committee, is Vice Chairman of the YUM Foundation and co-leads its Food Safety Committee and Quality Assurance Task Force. His global portfolio includes issues management, internal and external communications, community diversity, nutrition, government affairs, community relations and philanthropy. Jonathan was Vice President of Public Affairs for Taco Bell Corp. before PepsiCo spun-off its restaurant companies in 1997.

Anne P. Byerlein

Anne Byerlein is Chief People Officer for Yum! Brands Inc., where she is responsible for global Human Resources, which include field and Restaurant Support Center recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, people development and training. Also falling under her umbrella are employee relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, security, facilities and aviation for all five Yum! divisions. Prior to assuming her current role in late 2002, Byerlein was Chief People Officer for KFC and Vice President of Human Resources for Yum!, roles she held concurrent with one another. Previously, she was Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for PepsiCo, a position she held prior to the creation of Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., (later changed to Yum! Brands, Inc.) in 1997.

Christian L. Campbell

Chris Campbell is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Franchise Policy Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc. In this role, Chris oversees all legal activities of the company and he is responsible for the oversight of the company's purchasing as a Director of the Company's purchasing cooperative with its franchisees, and for the administration and coordination of franchise and multibrand policies. Chris joined Yum! Brands, Inc. from Owens Corning, where he held the titles Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Chris holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in economics from Northwestern University (1972), and a law degree from Harvard Law School (1975). In addition, he completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1992. Chris also serves on numerous professional boards.

Niren Chaudhary

Niren Chaudhary is the President of Yum! Restaurants India, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., and is the largest and fastest growing restaurant company in India. Niren was named President of Yum! Restaurants India in December 2011. Under Niren's supervision each of the brands has seen tremendous growth. KFC is the fastest growing quick service restaurant chain in India and has been voted as one of Top 5 "Most Trusted Food Service Brands 2010" and "Most Admired Food Service Retailer 2010". Pizza Hut has been voted "Most Trusted Food Service Brand in India" for the seventh year and is the only restaurant company to be placed in the Top 20 Service Brands list by The Economic Times. Niren was also instrumental in bringing Taco Bell to India. Niren has more than two decades of experience of which he has spent over a decade working with Yum! Brands in various positions. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of KFC Netherlands & Germany. Niren has also been the Operations Director Pizza Hut, KFC India. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, Niren worked with Tata Administrative Service from 1986 to 1994.

Greg Creed

Greg Creed was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell in early 2011 after serving as President and Chief Concept Officer for Taco Bell Corp, the nation's leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain with more than $5 billion in annual system-wide sales. As head of Taco Bell, Greg brings a proven track record of more than 25 years experience in marketing and operations with leading packaged goods and restaurant brands. Prior to moving to Taco Bell, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Yum! and initiated and launched a one-system people approach across all global operations by working with COOs and their teams. Greg was Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell during its highest sales and transaction growth period in recent history, where he spearheaded the "Think Outside the Bun" marketing efforts and new product introductions that generated consistent same store sales and profit growth during the last five years.

John Cywinski

John Cywinski serves as President of KFC USA. In his current role, John is responsible for managing the strategy and vision for KFC USA. The KFC USA leadership team reports directly to John. John joined KFC USA in August 2010 as Chief Marketing and Food Innovation Officer and was promoted to General Manager for KFC USA in February 2011. He was promoted to his current leadership position in November 2011.

John is a seasoned leader with broad and extensive experience in the food service industry, both as a marketer and a franchise operator. He started his marketing career at one of the largest global advertising agencies, Leo Burnett Advertising, in 1984. In the late 1980s, John served as KFC's Southeast Division Marketing Manager, before beginning a seven-year career with Burger King Corporation in 1989, ultimately serving as Vice President, U.S. Marketing. Beginning in 1996, John was President, Buena Vista Pictures Marketing for The Walt Disney Company, and in 1999, he joined McDonald's Corporation as Vice President, U.S. Brand Strategy. From 2001 until 2006, John was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Applebee's International, Inc. Beginning in 2007 through August 2010, John was President and CEO of his own franchise company that operated seven Dunkin' Donuts and two Sonic restaurants in Chicago.

Roger Eaton

Roger Eaton serves as Yum! Chief Operations Officer, a position he has held since late 2011. Roger has also served as Chief Executive Officer of KFC U.S. after serving as President of KFC Corporation. Eaton is an international restaurant industry veteran and has been with Yum! Brands for 12 years. Prior to his roles at KFC U.S., Roger was Chief Operating and Development Officer for Yum! Brands. He has also served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Yum! Restaurants International South Pacific (SOPAC). Earlier in his career, Eaton was Regional Operations Director of KFC SOPAC, General Manager of KFC New Zealand and Finance Director of KFC SOPAC. Under his leadership, SOPAC had 27 consecutive quarters of profitable same store sales growth, as well as consistent above target new restaurant builds.

Larry Gathof

Larry Gathof is Vice President and Treasurer for Yum! Brands, Inc. In this role, Larry leads the Treasury function including risk management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Larry was Vice President of Corporate Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. Larry has 12 years of finance experience with Yum! including roles in strategic planning, investor relations and shared services. Prior to joining Yum!, Larry held various finance roles with a Global consumers goods company with a primary focus in international planning and control.

Patrick Grismer

Patrick Grismer was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Yum! Brands in May 2012 after serving as Chief Planning & Control Officer. Previously, he served in a series of domestic and international finance positions, including CFO at YRI, Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations, Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Hut (UK), Vice President of Planning at YRI, and Senior Director of Finance at Taco Bell. Prior to joining Yum! Brands, Pat spent ten years at The Walt Disney Company in a series of finance executive positions and was also a senior consultant at Price Waterhouse. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and CPA certification in the State of California.

Timothy P. Jerzyk

Tim Jerzyk is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Yum! Brands, Inc. He has led the Investor Relations function since 2000. Tim was also Treasurer from January 2007 to March 2010. Prior to assuming his current role, Jerzyk was Vice President of Planning and founded the function when PepsiCo spun-off KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell as Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., in 1997. He has held numerous other roles in finance, including corporate planning, corporate control, field CFO and operations.

Micky Pant

Micky Pant serves as CEO of Yum! Restaurants International (YRI), a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., with 14,200 restaurants in more than 120 countries. Micky was named Chief Executive Officer in December 2011. Prior to that, he served as President of Global Branding for Yum! Brands, as well as President and Chief Marketing Officer for YRI. Micky also served as Global Chief Concept Officer for Yum! Brands and President for Taco Bell International for nearly four years. Before joining the Company, Micky was part of Reebok International where he worked for ten years in various marketing capacities including Global Chief Marketing Officer. During this time, Reebok was the winner of two Golden Lion awards at the Cannes Film Festival in 1999 and 2003, considered by some to be the highest honor in advertising, and was also recognized as the Interactive Marketer of the Year by Adweek magazine in 2003. Pant has also worked at PepsiCo and Unilever in India and the United Kingdom.

David Russell

David Russell was appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller in February 2011. David has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He has been with the Company for the past 11 years serving in various finance and accounting roles. Prior to his current role, David served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Controller-Designate. Previous positions at Yum! include Vice-President, Financial Planning, Vice-President and Assistant Controller and Senior Director, Finance.
