David C. Novak became Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2001, and Chief Executive Officer of Yum! on January 1, 2000. He also serves as President of Yum!, a position he has held since October 21, 1997. He previously served as Group President and Chief Executive Officer, KFC and Pizza Hut from August 1996 to July 1997, at which time he became acting Vice Chairman of Yum!. He also held senior management positions at Pepsi-Cola Company, including Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
Novak shapes the company's overall strategic direction, including four key growth strategies: 1) build leading brands across China in every significant category; 2) drive aggressive international expansion and build strong brands everywhere; 3) dramatically improve U.S. brand positions, consistency and returns; and 4) drive industry-leading, long-term shareholder and franchisee value. Additionally, he devotes much of his time each year to personally train leadership skills to the company's management and franchisees, emphasizing teamwork and a belief in people that rewards and recognizes customer-focused behavior.
Novak is a director of JPMorgan & Chase Co., the Yum! Brands Foundation and The Friends of the World Food Program. Additionally, he is a member of The Business Council and The American Society for Corporate Executives, while also devoting considerable personal support to the United Nations World Food Programme and Dare to Care Food Bank hunger relief. He is also the recipient of the national 2008 Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship.

Chairman & CEO, Yum! Brands China Division
Sam Su became Chairman & CEO of Yum! Brands China Division in May 2010, maintaining his position as Vice Chairman of the Board at Yum! Brands. Su had previously served as President of the China Division since 1997. The China Division operates in over 650 cities in mainland China, with over 2,900 KFC quick service restaurants, more than 460 Pizza Hut casual dining restaurants, and over 100 Pizza Hut Home Service units. It also has created and is testing East Dawning™, a quick service restaurant concept serving Chinese food.

Graham Allan serves as CEO of Yum! Restaurants International (YRI), a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., with more than 12,000 restaurants outside the U.S. and China Division. Allan was named CEO of YRI in May 2010 after serving as President since 2003. Prior to that, he had served as Managing Director of YRI in Europe. Allan held various roles in the company’s European organization including Managing Director of KFC in the United Kingdom from 1996 until 2000.
Allan’s prior business experience includes positions with a leading international brewing company based in Melbourne, Australia, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. During his time with McKinsey, Allan managed numerous international assignments in Australia, Madrid and in New York.

Scott Bergren was appointed President and Chief Concept Officer for Pizza Hut, Inc. in December of 2006. Previously he was the Executive VP Marketing for KFC and Yum! Brands in Louisville, Ky. He joined Yum! Brands after a year and a half as Chief Concept Officer of Yum! Restaurants International (YRI) in Dallas. Earlier in his career, Scott built and operated Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants in Mexico and Central America working for Tricon's International Division.

Jonathan Blum is Senior Vice President and Chief Public Affairs Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc. He reports to the Chairman/CEO, and serves on the Partner's Council that sets the corporation's overall strategy. He also serves on the company's Compliance Oversight Committee, and co-leads its Food Safety Committee and Quality Assurance Task Force. Emil Brolick is Chief Operating Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc. and President of Long John Silver's and A&W. He also serves as Yum's Chief Know How Officer, and he is Vice Chairman of the Taco Bell Foundation and a Trustee of the Board of Governors of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In his capacity as COO, Emil is responsible for driving operating excellence across Yum! Brands. Prior to his current responsibilities, Emil was President of U.S. Brand Building for Yum and prior to that, Taco Bell's President and Chief Concept Officer. Under his leadership, Taco Bell enjoyed five consecutive years of same store sales and profit growth to become the second most profitable restaurant brand in the U.S. and the nation's leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain.

Anne Byerlein is Chief People Officer for Yum! Brands Inc., where she is responsible for global Human Resources, which include field and Restaurant Support Center recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, people development and training. Also falling under her umbrella are employee relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, security, facilities and aviation for all five Yum! divisions. Prior to assuming her current role in late 2002, Byerlein was Chief People Officer for KFC and Vice President of Human Resources for Yum!, roles she held concurrent with one another. Previously, she was Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for PepsiCo, a position she held prior to the creation of Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., (later changed to Yum! Brands, Inc.) in 1997.

Chris Campbell is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Franchise Policy Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc. In this role, Chris oversees all legal activities of the company and he is responsible for the oversight of the company's purchasing as a Director of the Company's purchasing cooperative with its franchisees, and for the administration and coordination of franchise and multibrand policies. Chris joined Yum! Brands, Inc. from Owens Corning, where he held the titles Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Chris holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in economics from Northwestern University (1972), and a law degree from Harvard Law School (1975). In addition, he completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1992. Chris also serves on numerous professional boards.

Rick Carucci is Chief Financial Officer for Yum! Brands Inc., which generated more than $10 billion in total revenues, including company sales and franchise fees in 2007. Rick came to Yum! Brands in October of 2004 from Yum! Restaurants International. He is responsible for the Company's overall accounting, control, internal auditing, investor relations, risk management, strategic planning, treasury, tax, and information technology functions. Carucci graduated magna cum laude in 1979 with his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University. He received his MBA from the University of California's Berkley Haas School of Business in 1984.

Greg Creed serves as President for Taco Bell Corp, the nation's leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain with more than $5 billion in annual system-wide sales. As head of Taco Bell, Greg brings a proven track record of more than 25 years experience in marketing and operations with leading packaged good and restaurant brands. Prior to moving to Taco Bell, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Yum! and initiated and launched a one-system people approach across all global operations by working with COOs and their teams. Greg was Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell during its highest sales and transaction growth period in recent history, where he spearheaded the "Think Outside the Bun" marketing efforts and new product introductions that generated consistent same store sales and profit growth during the last five years.

Roger Eaton became President of KFC Corporation in early 2008. Eaton is an international restaurant industry veteran and has been with Yum! Brands for 12 years. Prior to taking on the top job at KFC, Roger was Chief Operating and Development Officer for Yum! Since 2000, he has served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Yum! Restaurants International South Pacific (SOPAC). Earlier in his career, Eaton was Regional Operations Director of KFC SOPAC, General Manager of KFC New Zealand and Finance Director of KFC SOPAC. Under his leadership, SOPAC has had 27 consecutive quarters of profitable same store sales growth, as well as a consistent above target new restaurant builds.

Larry Gathof is Vice President and Treasurer for Yum! Brands, Inc. In this role, Larry leads the Treasury function including risk management and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to assuming his current role, Jerzyk was Vice President of Planning and founded the function when PepsiCo spun-off KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell as Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., in 1997. He has held numerous other roles in finance, including corporate planning, corporate control, field CFO and operations.

Pat started his career at PepsiCo in 1983. In 1993, Pat moved to Frito-Lay. He moved to Hong Kong with the restaurant division in 1995 as VP of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region. Pat returned to the US in early 1999 in a VP of Human Resources capacity before assuming the SVP of Human Resources for TRI later that year. Pat also served as Chairman of YUM's J.V. business in Japan for two years. He became Head Coach-Central Territory for Pizza Hut in 2004, named SVP-Operations in 2005 and promoted to Chief Operating Officer in July, 2006.
Pat holds a BA in Labor Studies from Penn State and completed his MBA while in Hong Kong through the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Micky Pant became President of Yum! Restaurants International in May 2010, maintaining his position as President of Global Branding for Yum! Brands and his position as Chief Marketing Officer for the Company’s international division, YRI. Micky also served as Global Chief Concept Officer for Yum! Brands and President for Taco Bell International for nearly four years. Before joining the Company, Micky was part of Reebok International where he worked for 10 years in various marketing capacities including Global Chief Marketing Officer. During this time, Reebok was the winner of two Golden Lion awards at the Cannes Film Festival in 1999 and 2003, considered by some to be the highest honor in advertising, and was also recognized as the Interactive Marketer of the Year by Adweek magazine in 2003. Pant has also worked at PepsiCo and spent 15 years with Unilever in India and the United Kingdom.

Larry and his team are driving operations excellence in over 5,000 KFC restaurants in the U.S. by focusing on higher standards in Cleanliness, Friendliness and Food Quality. Their mission: an outstanding customer experience in every restaurant, every visit.
Larry began his career with PepsiCo in 1990 in the International Treasury function. In 1995 he moved to PepsiCo Restaurants International as a Planning Director. In 1997 he became Senior Director, Treasury – Europe and Latin America and then Assistant Treasurer, International in 2000. He moved to the United Kingdom in 2002 as the Finance Director for Pizza Hut where he led a high-performing team to support a rapidly growing business. In 2005, he returned to the U.S. as the Chief Financial Officer for KFC and in 2008 was promoted to General Manager of the KFC Operating Company where he led 1,000 company restaurants. At the beginning of 2009, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, KFC and assumed responsibility for both the company and franchise operations.

Rob Savage is Chief Operating Officer for Taco Bell, the leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain. As the senior operations executive, Rob leads the performance improvement for nearly 6,000 company and franchise restaurants throughout the U.S., including labor productivity, guest service, restaurant systems, and technology. Rob joined Taco Bell in 1993 as a Market Manager and led the Dayton DMA into becoming one of the company's top performing markets. Most recently, Rob served as Head Coach of the Western Region where he worked with franchisees and company operators to drive DMA excellence and deliver outstanding balanced scorecard results.
